7 Days Easy Return & Exchange

Following the spirit of the Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, we believe in making buying and selling easy and fair for everyone.

Any product purchased from Bin Tahir Textile can be easily returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

We want our customers to shop with confidence and peace of mind.

Return & Exchange Conditions

To return or exchange a product:

  • The product must be unused and unstitched.
  • The fabric must not be cut, washed, stitched, or altered.
  • The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
  • The return or exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must not have any stains, damage, perfume, makeup, or other marks.

Wrong or Damaged Product

If you receive a wrong or damaged product, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.

After checking the issue, we will arrange a replacement or exchange for you.

Refund

If you do not want an exchange and your order is eligible for a refund, we will process your refund according to our refund procedure.

Delivery charges are normally non-refundable, except when the wrong or damaged product was sent by Bin Tahir Textile.
